My ISO 9001 consulting and training services are directed towards the implementation of a quality management system that is in conformance with the latest version of ISO 9001:2008.  The consulting package includes:

• An initial review of the existing QMS with the objective of determining current practices and inherent gaps

• Management briefing on the results of the initial review, including presentation of the QMS action plan

• Personal coaching and training to members of the QMS Implementation Team on the requirements of ISO 9001 in terms of its planning and implementation

• Documentation of the quality management system, where pre-written QMS documents such as the Quality Manual, Procedures, Forms and Formats are provided.  These documents will speed up the learning curve of the QMS Implementation Team.

• Monitoring and guidance of implementation activities

• ISO 9001 QMS Awareness training to all staff

• Internal Quality Audit training to all appointed Internal Auditors

• Guide the first internal audit exercise

• Guide the first management review of the quality management system

Note 1:  Project duration shall last between 3 to 6 months approximately. 

Note 2:  Full compliance to the ISO 9001 standard is assured, although some audit results may vary among various Certification Bodies.

Note 3:  Minor nonconformities that are raised during a Certification Audit is usually unavoidable due to various reasons.
